I have moved out of the house where I was staying with my brothers and mother. Thus I submitted an online application to transfer the ownership (which is under my name) to my brother who is still staying at that location. The customer service personnel replied that
" we note that the addresses are different therefore, there will be a relocation fee of $120.00 (after GST) applicable on top of the transfer fee."
I have already moved out of the house and my NRIC address has already changed to my new address, but the current billing address remained as my old address which is the address of my brother (the transferee). Since there is no relocation involved, why is there a need for the $120 relocation fees.
Understand you did a transfer of ownership as you had posted here.
As this is relating matter, do resolved it by using that previous communication to continue.
This is so that they understand you situation better.
If not they will take it as another case so the relocation &or transfer are not related in any way.

I've just renewed my contract on 14 January 2018 and got the hua wei mate 10. The sales person told me my sim card from my old phone can use on the new phone therefore, I trusted him. Who knew my old phone uses microsim. I just want to ask if I find back the sales person, can I change the sim card to nanosim for free?
Some SIM card are pre-cut to 3 sizes, including nano size.
Do check on your SIM card if there is a pre-cut edge and if there is just pull out accordingly.
If not you may visit the same branch and ask for the sales staff who attend to you.
Alternately you can inform the reception on your problem.
I am sure they would provide you as part of the service especially you have recontracted.
As in my case, the sales staff did provided me a new SIM card, free, when i did the recontract.

For any charges it will be in the monthly Bill.
If changes are made that is too late to be included in the Bill, then it will be included in the next Bill.
In order to confirm if you are subscribe to any VAS, do login to your Account and check.
Usually for any changes made, there will be a SMS acknowledgement.

1) can i port my orginal singtel number over? how much would porting cost?
2) for Sim only XS 12 months, i have 6gb of data right? at $24/month. will i get extra 1gb due to below 24years old and add plus 3 at $6 for 3gb of data? making my total data to 10gb at $30 per month? add in caller id becomes around $37 per month
Once you convert from Prepaid to Postpaid, there is no way you can go back to Prepaid.
Currently there is no conversion from Prepaid to Postpaid.
SIM only plan is a Postpaid plan.

I am new to the community and not sure someone raised the issue previously.
I am staying on the high floor at Block 8 Boon Keng Road. The mobile signal is extremely weak and worst still, it roamed to neighburing country network occasionally.
I stayed there for awhile and the design of the flat has a lot of dead spots, toilet , bedroom . As for roaming you can disable that option in any smart phone .
