Could I enquire if The single’s say discount of $110 of iPhone 8 price be applicable for CIS customer who wants to re-contract for 2-yrs post-paid Mobile service?

The 11.11 Promotions cannot be combined with CIS handset discount promotions.
I just recieved my SIM card for the SIM Only Postpaid Plan S, but the service agreement reads "Monthly charge $68.00" instead of $34.
On the same document, the Promotion Name is "SIM Only Plans Online Store" and the Price Plan is "S".
$68 is the price for the 2-year plan which I didn't subscribe to. What should I do?
The service agreement is required to state the normal price without the discount first before including the discount under promotions.

I am disappointed that there seems no way to retrieve e-bills older than 6 months ago. The email alert does not specify that the e-bills will only be available for download for 6 months. How can I retreive my e-bills older than 6 months ago please??

I have signed iPhone X in M plan, the person in charge of me asked to show proof of my staff card of my company to get discount of CIS, which I don’t have it. She ask me to verify after, anything can be show as proof other than staff card? My previous account already is CIS, and my Pass also indicated my company name. Please assist on this.

Can a GIRO be set up in a name different to the StarHub account holder or does it have to match the name of the StarHub account holder name?
Eg. StarHub account = name 1 / Bank account to set up GIRO = name 2 --> is this possible or the bank account holder from which the GIRO is set up must match the StarHub account holder name?

Yes, you can request to make your GIRO payments from a name different to the StarHub subscriber's.
I accidentally deactivated roaming services via Happy Prepaid App. After that my phone showing "No Signal" right now. I tried switching SIM to another phone but no luck. Dialing *123# is also not working.
I'm outside of Singapore at the moment. Could you help me how I can reactivate roaming please?
(FYI I'm a foreigner and don't have a FIN number yet)
