Are you using the Cable Set top box.
Cable STB has only 1 tuner so only 1 channel can be recorded at any 1 time.
The recoding period must not be clashed.
Meaning if one channel is recording the other channel waiting to record will not work.
Do check on the recording schedules after you make the selection to record to ensure which channel is able to record while the other will be indicated not able to record,
Edit/Add: If you want to record both do ensure there is at least 1 minute interval in-between.
For this you may have to do it manually adjust the start or end time on either channels.
However if you are using IPTV STB via Fibre broadband this STB do have 2 or more tuners.

Network coverage may differ from location to location due to blindspots. Have you restarted your handset or tried placing your SIM Card in another handset to see if this helps solve the issue?

Please ensure that your mobile setting are enabled. iOS users must ensure that your phone supports version 11.0 and above.
