why you did not sign up for HomeHub

Cos' I am in contract with another service provider

I was not aware of HomeHub.

I visited the branch in Nex, Serangoon and were turn away by the customer service while enquiring HomeHub as my broadband and cable TV has a contract.  I even told the customer service that I am willing to cancel my mobile phone with my existing operator and change it to Starhub so that I can bundle my Cable TV and broadband.  Apparently,  the customer service mentioned that it's not possible due to the existing contract.

Really not attractive and the rewards redemption are always fully redeemed for for popular items
