I am getting the error suddenly for the past 10 days “PLEASE INSERT SMART CARD,ERROR CODE 5010”
I tried to reach 1633 lot of times. Noone is picking up the call.
I would like this issue to esclate but i couldnt find the person to do the same
I never expected the service will be like this and very bad
Please help to resolve the issue or do send me the alrernate number to call customer care for technical support
