Starhub came to replace ONT to one with Tel at 7.30pm 8 Ang. I was told the IPTV may be affect for while.
By 9pm, still having E2001 error. Called 1633 from 9pm till 11pm but agent always too busy
Finally got through at 8am the custer serivce 9 Aug. After doing all the testing for 20min, she told me some number at the backend didnt match and someone will called by next 24hours!
Nothing to watch during the hoilday.
