Does anybody have issues on starhub go app not streaming in HD. I am on wifi and on 2 different android devices and have the same results. Tested on 2 different ISP from starhub and Singtel with strong wifi signal on 2 different android devices with updated starhub go app still not having HD stream.
Used to have HD before after the video stream a few seconds in it will changed to HD automatically but not now. Just checking if anybody have the same issue. No issue if watching from pc.
Any starhub staff can help or check on this? Thank you.

Hello, I have uninstall and reinstall multiple times on both devices but still encounter the same issue even after let it stream for 10 to 15 mins it will not changed to HD automatically. Installed starhub go app is version 3.10.24 (3312).
