Our helper uses Starhub Go and has not had an issue until after she returned from Malaysia last week.
I am able to watch Starhub Go live tv on my iPhone 7 but on her Samsung Android device she gets the error: ERROR_AUTHORIZATION_HEARTBEAT_FAILED
How could using a Malaysian SIM card for a day or two suddenly stop the app from working after the Singapore SIM card is re-inserted.
She has shut down the phone several times and I have uninstalled and re-installed the app on her phone but does not help.
Please advise what else can be done.

Thanks for sharing this with us. Please try reinstalling the app before logging in again.
If the issue recurs, please provide us with a screenshot of the issue, your helper's handset model and the firmware version on your handset. Do also provide her Pass number, contact details and email address and we will arrange for assistance.
