No update since 8th Apr in Forum nor PM.
I have tried:
1. Restart IPad
2. Reinstall the App
3. Remove the Device from starhubgo.com
None of above help.
I just got ant PM asking me the same question again.
Is this how it work? Asking the same questions over and over again by different person to annoy the already frustrated customer???? If yes, then your team did a good job, I'm frustrated and annoyed now. Can you please look at how to resolve my problem now?

Finally somebody notice my post after 7 months.
Yes, finally my problem was resolve but the experience with StarHub was very unpleasant.
And the solution was provided privately. I thought forum is a channel for everyone to discuss and seek help, what is the point having a forum when all the communication is response privately?
