It is frustratingly (and intentionally??) difficult to cancel starhub go which I do not use. Yet I'm being charged for it.
Please advise how I can cancel my starhub go.
I am not subscrided to cable tv.
Interestingly I can't seem to find a way in my starhub app to stop starhub from automatically charging starhub go monthly.
Please assist and stop it and if u can, waive the charge for it.

Actually, its quite easy to cancel Starhub Go.
Just login to your Starhub account with your Hub ID.
Navigate to Manage My Account.
Scroll down to Manage My Service. Under Starhub TV, click View & Manage.
Scroll to Billed Value Added Services, click Modify.
StarHub TV Go should be parked under Value-Added Services. You can cancel it there.
