I have a sense that many people have been affected by this issue after converting to fibre. Despite many attempts to reset my set-up box, ONT and even broadband, I have been getting a 'unable to obtain an IP address' error message. I have been unable to watch any programmes since. Of course, the Starhub technical assistance is inept and I think Starhub will have a big problem going forward if this isn't resolved and as more convert to fibre. Well 100% very frustrating and I hope someone will help resolve this soon.
