I'm facing no signal for starhub TV and my digital voice using the starhub cable line is also down..
It happen since 430pm in the afternoon 03/10/2013 until now .. I can't get through the 1633 ..
Please help ...

Starhub side fault and guess what... I call up and CSO told me that they only can get man down on sat to check on my side... huh ??
Service disruption cause by starhub is not urgent case to customer ? I have to wait for 2 days ?
hmm Kaiboon or Howard please do something about this. I expect at least can send someone down tomorrow for a check and I don't expect to wait for 2 days.
Fortunately, the cable TV and DV back to normal this morning.
I just re-start all my device again and all come back to normal early morning.
Don't have to get any technician to come to my place so solve the problem.
