I experienced two incidents where the smartcard was never received. Once was at my mother-in-law place - the card was never received and no one noted until no TV reception. Given the benefit of doubt, we solved the problem by heading to the starhub centre to replace the entire box.
Now, at my own house, the same incident repeated itself - no smartcard was ever received. And now no cable.
Twice it happen, Did Starhub ever dispatch the smartcard ? Disappointed Twice.
