i have a similar complaint with the new Fibre Set top Box from Samsung. Inputs on the remote control takes 2-3 secs to respond. Result is that channels are flipping back and forwards due to the lag.
Pls let me know how i can have Starhub resolve this issue?
Do reset your set top box (and ONT, if using Fibre TV) to refresh your connection and see if this helps.
