Hi, Recently, some of my recording on the retail hubstation has no video or just did not record. On checking the SmartTV info page, I see the followings: - both 1st and 2nd tuner signal strength 57%. 1st tuner quality 80% - 90%. 2nd tuner quality 60% with frequent drop to 0%. Is the hubstation due for replacement or is it worthwhile to repair? The internet also drops occasionally. Is the signal strength 57% normal?

I have performed the followings:
- Switch off the mains, wait for 1 min, switch on -- no difference
- remove and re-fix and tighten all cables -- no difference
- reformat the harddisk
The tuner 1 is still working, tuner 2 not signal strength and quality all 0%
