My StarHub TV suddenly experiencing pixel images on all channels since today! And it was all ok yesterday.
l've tried reboot fibre box, tv, router; switched off/on all equipment; unplugged and re-plugged all equipment, but it's of no use.
Please advise ASAP what should I do next.
Hi @Disappointed70, sorry for this terrible experience, I would also be annoyed if I am in the same situation. To address your concern, have you tried to do a hard reboot on your device? If not, turn it off from the main switch for about 5 - 10 minutes before turning it back on.
