Hi, I tried to all methods but the error message is still there. The network cannot stop blinking red,and the time is incorrect.
Let us know if the issue persist after restarting the set top box ? Thank you
It does not work. Have tried power on-and-off, plugged in-and-out cables, switched on-and-off main switches.
Please be advised to reboot the box and check whether firmware version is 9.67l under Settings > STB Information. Should issue persists, it'll be recommended to arrange for service call appointment to swap the box. --Addie
