Keep having to reboot set top box


Have an issue where sometimes when i try to use the remote to on the set top box there is no response. The light on the remote power button will flash blue, but no response from the set top box. 

Instead i will be forced to turn off and on the direct power to the set top box, where it will reboot and only then can i access the channels.Sometimes its ok but i notice after a day or so of non-use, i will have to reboot.

What should i do? Quite troublesome to keep rebooting the set top box.

It sounds as if your set top box may be faulty. Come on down with the box to any of our main stores to replace it.
