Hi, I am having the mentioned issue on my iptv box.
I have tried the basic troubleshooting steps but still not working. I confirmed that the Lan cable is OK and also there is connection light on port 2 on the ONT. So, all things are fine external to the iptv box.
May I know how can I get a replacement box asap becos the Tele svc mentioned we can bring it to starhub shop for replacement.
