I just re-contract to HomeHub and was given a new HD Interactive Set-Up box for the cable TV.
Tried to connect the HD Interactive Set-Up box to my LG SmartTV via HDMI.
But, it does not work consistently. I have to switch off and switch on the HD box few times before my LG TV can detect the signal. Sometimes, it still doesn't work even I switched for 5 to 6 times.
Fyi, I can connect my other device to this same LG SmartTV with the same HDMI cable without any problem.
These few days, even it detected after a few attempts, the sound is distorted.
I also tried to connected with the AV Cable, but the audio is too soft even though I switched the volume to maximum.
Please help urgently.
