Fibre TV does not recognise channel

Changed the setup box 2 weeks ago. Sometimes the setup box does not recognise some of the channels, e.g. when I press "107" for Channel U, it will show other channels which I don't subscribe to randomly, and the error message to manage subscription. This happened a few times and resolved itself after 1-2 days, but to a different channel everytime. During these episodes, I was unable to watch the affected channels. 

Please help.

Solved. Called customer service and they reset the account.
