Fiber TV - No IP Address Assigned

Dear Starhub, I've just switched from Cable TV to Fiber TV but it kept flashing <No IP Address Assigned> regardless of how many times I reboot/switch off and on the unit.

Somehow there is no internet connection because the clock is not "updated".


Please help. thanks.
