Recently StarHub not like we used to know.
There is a couple of time when on the phone support, they told me one thing but when I went to customer service centre, they told me different thing. Both side seen to have different type of training or information and different understanding of their new policy. I hate to say I am a little bit disappointed with StarHub. I meant no offense.
Hope StarHub willing to get back their better services then others that they used to be.
