Hi, I have recently gotten my starhub bill and it showed that I have purchased a movie on 'video on demand' as per attached screenshot of my bill. I did not ever purchase movies on 'video on demand' and the timing is at 3.40am in the morning and my family is a chinese speaking family. I have attached a photo of my purchased rentals and my starhub bill. Please kindly assist on this issue urgently! thanks
