never noticed that incoming call do cost ,and the charge is pretty high which shocked me!
anyway that you can help me to waive off? it is too much for.me

if i know it costs me,i will not answer the call
and for the outgoing call charges $20+, i have idd, if i know it is not free call, for sure i will use idd 008, sgd20+ for 2min + is a lot
