I have spokes to the customer servics and tried all the methods but the problem isn't solved. Eventually the preson stopped replyingy altogether.
I really need you guys to solve my problem once and for all. Do a backend reset and setup as a new user or something. I don't mind some downtime if it solves my problem permanently.
If left with no choice, i will switch to another service provider because they will definitely set up from scratch which solve my problem.
