i have accidentally lapsed my data travel plan and before i could apply for another one, i was charged of the data roaming costs (i received a SMS notification).

What i have done was accidental and i always had full intention of extending the data travel plan.
The earlier data plan ended on 28 Dec 9.09am. I've applied another one on the same day at 9.43am only after I've realised the earlier one had expired (after going thru lists of unread SMS).
Hope Starhub can reconsider this.
