Unable to connect to network

Hi I have activated a 3-day data plan for Thailand, Phuket. I've followed all the steps and is registered on the DTAC network. However, I still can't access the data at all. Can anyone please advise? Thanks.

Have you restarted your handset since and tried placing your SIM Card in another handset to see if this helps solve the issue?
