I subscribed to the one month 2gb VAS plan yesterday, but would like to cancel it. I called the hotline and was told it is not possible to cancel as it gets automatically removed at the end of the month. I have not travelled overseas yet or incurred any data charges. I also will not be using it on my coming trip as I dont need it anymore.
Is there a way to cancel this application please? While I made a mistake subscribing in the first place, it doesn't seem right that I have to pay the $15 without any usage.
