I am currently on an overseas posting at Canada and I kept my SG phone no. active. I was able to receive calls and SMS during the first month or so.
It was strange that after some time some time I am unable to receive SMS while I still get the calls. I tried reinstalling my SIM card and changing to another phone but all did not work. I got my sister to call Starhub for me and the customer support said that there is no problem with my service.
Any thoughts on this please? Thanks!
