I've submitted a request to purchase 3GB of Asia Pac Dataroaming yesterday night before my existing data was depleted but for some reason it did not activate and subsequently I was charged for 2 days worth of Dataroaming Unlimited as per the Pay-per-Use pricing scheme. When I tried going back to the app to re-submit the purchase, it tells me that a previous transaction is still pending.
So I'm stuck without the option of purchasing DataTravel plans and I am being forced to pay for the significantly more expensive DataRoaming Unlimited and Starhub provides zero form of support in recyifying this issue.
Kindly get back to me on how I can resolve this issue and also to waive the 2 DataRoaming Unlimited charges.
I'm not open to calling Starhub as the typical wait and time taken would've been prohibitively expensive for me.
