URGENT NO OVERSEAS ROAMING

I already subscribed to 2gb of date worth $15 bucks for 30 days and activated it for international roaming. I'm currently at overseas and I couldn't find any signal at call let alone call starhub. Please rectify the issue ASAP due to important calls and msg I'm expecting.

Already restarted the phone several times but to no avail. My 2nd day without any data roaming
