Troubleshooting Roaming

I am not getting my happy roaming for singapore prices for my first 10 days roaming in Indonesia. 

I tried absolutely everything and nothing happened. My days are going by, I am loosing all my data days for free and nothing.

Would you please reinstate my 10 days and make my phone date work as I need it for work here in bali.


I did all my part in the contract, but I am feeling disapointed with starhub  and frustrated at this time.
