On 24 Sept 18 at 1.20pm, I make an enquire on 3 days travel data activiation. And this guy seems to be impatience. I was told to activate in advance but was not told that once activated the service commenced. And should activate 1 hr before departure from s'pore. I travelling on 26 sept18 and I ends up with activation on 24/9/18. I make a 2nd enquire after receiving sms, then I was told of the whole process. A bad experience.
