Roaming suddenly not working In UK

My roaming was working in UK 26-27 Jan.
Then I went over to Paris and it was not working as I have insufficient credit in my balance. When I got back to UK 30th Jan, there is no 3G signal. Not working anymore.I am on the 30-day 3gb $18 package. Please help

Please note that we have restarted the iPhone and also reinsert the sim, but still not working. No 3G signal

Yes, a minimum main wallet balance of $3 is required in your Prepaid SIM for Prepaid Roaming Service.
