Roaming & Technical Support

Been waiting 1 month foe Technical Support to contact me and resolve my roaming issue. Tried ALL the tips and resets the call centre gave me over the last 4 calls I have had to make. Still, I cannot make outgoing calls whilst roaming. It used to work before, but now doesnt. And Starhubs rubbish service and support (lack thereof) isn't solving the problem.
