As I would be travelling to Philippines, I had dialed *100# and it showed that I had already activated data roaming overseas. However, I could not find any prompt for enabling DataTravel in the options using the dialed *100#. I had unkowingly used the data roaming at a rate of $19/day for four days until I saw a message from Starhub on 19/12/18 prompting for DataTravel. From there I activated DataTravel. I would like to know if it is possible to waive the fees of data roaming from the four days?
