I couldn't even check my account balance by MMI, I could see the MMI function menu but couldn't finish the operation. It failed every time after I made the final choice and ask me call 1633 but 1633 doesn't work in South Korea. I think there must be something wrong with the account or area setting, because I use happy roam with this cell phone for many times and works perfectly. .
So now I can't see my balance, I can't buy a new data plan, and I can't see what my prepaid card number is. Could anyone from Starhub help me with this issue and tell me what I should do now? Thanks a lot!
