Quick check - does restarting your handset or placing your SIM Card in another handset help resolve this issue?
I am currently in Hong Kong and having the same issue. It connects to 3HK network, with the roaming (R) symbol, but I am not able to access any data (I have purchased data pack and made sure APN is set to shppd)
Please help as I really need to be connected!
