The SIM card was a activated in Singapore before I go to Malaysia. The data worked until I deactivated the roaming services via the happy prepaid app on my phone and right now I'm getting no signal for my SIM card. Currently I unable to access to the app as I need to reverify the number through the happy prepaid app but I can't receive the pin cos I do not have any signal.

Are you holding a dual SIM phone.
For dual SIM phone, you need to select the > SIM cards & mobile networks > Default Setting > ensure the selection are the prepaid SIM card.
Next, > Mobile data > turn ON.
>> In the Prepaid SIM selected and turn on > Access Point Names > selection should be SH Data Prepaid, if any.
For Prepaid Roaming, have you select the Roaming Plan, link
