Deducted mysterious charge

I am on roaming and have bought the 5GB 30days data, however my main credit was below $5 hence the roaming was not on. After topping up for $5, my internet was working well. However the next day, my balance suddenly fell to $4 while I am not using the number for anything else than data use on correct roaming partner. Now I have to topup another $5 to make my balance above the fall-below amount so the roaming on again, please advise on the mysterious $1 charge.
