Hi, I'd purchased DTG2 and is now at England. Evertime when I checked the balance via My Starhub app, the balance is always 2gb. Why isn't it reduced after using data for 2days? Is there somewhere wrong which may give me a bill shock? I'd emailed to Customerservice@starhub.com on first day but still no reply.
Have you tried clearing your app cache and/or reinstalling the app? If this doesn't work, do try dialing *100# to check on your usage balance.
