Unable to redeem: Email Address not found

Hi, I keep getting this "email address not found" error whenever I try to redeem my rewards.

 

I have changed the Starhub ID to a different email and after verification, it still shows "email address not found"

 

Also, I could not find a way to contact for help,

Please advise how to solve the problem. Thank you.
