Last month, I did a transferring of ownership from my mother's name to mine, and was told by the employee that was serving me to log into my mother's account to redeem rewards before her points expire, so I did. I selected IT products, vouchers, etc. all unable to checkout on various attempts, I can't even gift the expiring points to my new HubiD account.
Is there a way to solve this? My mother's account has almost 9000 points and I don't want it to go to waste. It is expiring end of this month.
