If the Starhub Reward points are not redeem by the 31-Oct, all points will be exchange to lucky draw. There are not much reward categories for Starhub users to choose and most of the rewards are fully redeemed. If I want to redeem a $5 bill rebate voucher, I can only redeem once per account per bill. Why is Starhub limiting the consumers to redeem those reward points when there are not much options to choose from?
