I had submitted a rewards redemption and points had been deduction. The PDF link on the pop up page doesn't work, I received no email from starhub on the evoucher .
please enlighten me .
I am facing the same issue as well for a redemption made on 4th March. I did not receive a PDF in my email on redemption details nor am I able to regenerate the redemption details on your website.
