After installing, the app prompted for my starhub post-paid mobile nos for a verification sms code to be sent to this nos.
Next, after entering my nos, the error msg (attached left) popped up and the screen stayed hanged after closing the pop-up.

Have you cleared your app cache and/or reinstalling the app? You can email email@example.com with a screenshot of the issue if this recurs.

Did a clean reinstall on my iphone 6 but to no avail.
Yap, emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org 3 wks ago with screenshots but no reply.
Only after i forwarded the mail to email@example.com, Nurul Alyssha replied on 7th Nov that she'll update me the findings asap.
Meanwhile, i hope the next update of the app will clear the registration bug. Thanks
i reckon there is no active team supporting hubtreats enquiries.
i faced issues with recent versions of the app as well, i couldn't convert the points.
in the second latest version of the app, i submitted a feedback in-app on the above issue and it was routed to firstname.lastname@example.org where nobody replied.
in the latest version of the app, the feedback feature was removed.
i've contacted one of the administrators and it is still an open case.
For those who have issues with registering your mobile nos on HubTreats app using iPhone, remember to enable your "background app refresh".
Somehow if it's off, it'll affect the registration process resulting in the pop up error msg as stated above.
