Points deducted for Grab promo but no E-voucher received in email

Hi, 

 

I have redeemed a $5 Grab promo code using my rewards point but did not receive any pdf e voucher in my registered email even though points are deducted. Emailed starhub customer svc but did not get back to me after several days. Please assist. Thanks.

Have you check your spam folder.

 

Do confirm that the email is correct.
