So only today i came to find out that starhub has scrapped its loyalty reward programs. This really enrages me because firstly, my points has been completely removed with me having to choose what i wanted. Secondly, it is rude and unbecoming of starhub not to announce the changes in the system. You should have preempt the customers prior to the changes. How unethical is that? I had to forfeit my rewards without being able to utilise it. I even saved it for months in hopes of using it once i had accumulated enough points. This is totally unacceptable! Every month i pay more than a hundred bucks because of a lousy plan that a month after i signed; along came a new one. Enough is enough. After almost 10 years of using starhub. Time to port over to circle!. To those who are reading this. Do your due diligence and weigh out your options there are more service providers and we do not have to stick to the 3 conventional ones now. It is a free market!
