Logging in from another device shows this message 'No default loyalty account to award'.
For the past weeks, I asked for the status on this matter, and you have asked for my personal information. I am expecting a proposed timeline or an alternate solution, not wasting time reading canned or copy & paste replies like the above.
Again, whatever I am asking via PM, I am getting the same answer.
My question is simple, "can you offer an alternative redemption method". I just need a very simple yes or no answer, and a reason to support your binary answer.
How am I supposed to understand when you are giving this kind of replies?
any updates? it is already 1 month, there is no version update nor news about the fix on this.
I tested on 23 Jan, and got the status today.
