Gold class movie rewards

Hi, I would like to ask. Last time my dad is a platinum club member. Why I cannot redeem the gold class voucher or the $50 redemption? Hope you can help me redeem. Thanks!

Re: Gold class movie rewards

Hi @sccl, my guess is that you are referring to this? http://www.starhub.com/personal/rewards/movie-treats.html

A Platinum Club membership lasts for 12 months from the date of enrollment.

For renewal eligibility, you may check with your dad if he has achieved at least S$350 consecutively over the past 12-months.

Re: Gold class movie rewards

Hi,

Okay I see. But I think he has at least that amount? If two lines add together? But can you help me redeem the movie and bill rebates? Is it possible? Because it seems like I don't have the options for me to click?

And also would you mind helping me to renew the platinum?

Re: Gold class movie rewards

@sccl You should check with your dad if your household has received a welcome pack from StarHub by mail.  That will determine your eligibility as a platinum club member.

The Platinum Club membership is strictly by invitation, as stated in our T&Cs - http://www.starhub.com/personal/support/rewards/platinum-club/what-is-platinum-club-.html

I'm unable to redeem on your behalf, as you would require your Dad's Hub iD to log-in.  Also, you would need 2500 reward points and above to qualify for this redemption.

As stated on the webpage,

100 pairs of movie vouchers are up for grabs every Thursday, from 10am, with 800 Rewards Points

http://www.starhub.com/personal/rewards/movie-treats.html

You may check back the website on Thursday at 10am for more info.

Re: Gold class movie rewards

Hi,

Okay thank you! For the gold class I got the ID and password. We got enough points to redeem. So is it possible that even if I'm not platinum I can still redeem?

Re: Gold class movie rewards

@sccl  You need to refer to the webpage and examine the conditions clearly as stated: https://www.starhub.com/personal/rewards/movie-treats.html

The Golden Village Gold Class passes redemption is open to Platinum Club Members only.

If you are a platinum club member, you will be qualified to redeem the passes at 2500 points.

If not, you will only be eligible to redeem movie vouchers at 800 points, and not the Gold class passes.

To reconfirm your StarHub Platinum Club status, you can contact our Platinum Consultants at 1800-822-6868

Re: Gold class movie rewards

Dear all,

We would like to further clarify that both Platinum Main and Household member are eligible for Platinum Rewards.

Household member must will get to enjoy redeeming rewards such as gold class passes so long as they are subscribed to StarHub service(s) and have registered under the same service/billing address as the Platinum club member.

Thank you
